typically evan and i get to meet our brides and grooms prior to the wedding. we go out for drinks and coffee and eat good food and talk and laugh and get to know each other a little bit so we don't show up in the morning like HI HELLO WHO IS THE BRIDE? but with lindsey and sam, i met them two days before their wedding while evan was in guatemala, which meant that evan met them the day of (and it also means that he came home from guatemala at 11 pm on friday night and shot a wedding all day saturday #joblove). BUT. lindsey and sam were literally the greatest ever. i wasn't nervous about not getting to know them because i'm a fake extrovert and i'm all about playing games and laughing lots during pictures anyway BUT they completely blew all of our expectations out of the water and were so incredibly nice and inviting. their families and friends LOVED US BIG and we had the best day with these guys. sam made us laugh extra hard while he told us the story of how he and lindsey met and forgot the name of the bar (bullwackers) and called it "moose knuckle." and so all the laughing pictures you see in this post, THAT IS WHY. and you are also welcome for that.
