claire + ty | lewistown montana wedding | montana wedding photographer

a couple of weeks ago we photographed claire and ty's wedding. the day was so much fun because claire and ty wanted us to just hang out with them and be included (SERIOUSLY SO KIND) so i sat around with the girls and had a few mimosas and we laughed and made sure claire was as least stressed as possible and it was such a great start to a work day. they decided to do a "backwards wedding," which meant that as soon as the guests arrived, everyone sat down for dinner (claire and her bridesmaids in cocktail dresses) and then the snuck off to change and take a few pictures before the ceremony. we did the first look and a few pictures while guests were seated and then claire and ty were married in perfect summer evening weather (honestly nothing better than a montana summer night) and claire said her vows to ty's six-year-old daughter, teagan. everyone was crying over her sweet words and promises to the little girl she's been raising for the past few years. and then it was time to party! because dinner had already been eaten, guests were ready for dancing and fun. i've never been to a "backwards wedding" before but claire and ty made it so much fun and unique. we adore these guys & were so honored to be included in their beautiful wedding.
